  Worst experience I have ever had in puchasing furniture. I ordered a couch and chair in the fabric I chose. I was told my order was placed with the manufacturer and could expect my furniture in 6 to 9 weeks. I agreed to this time frame since I had picked out the fabric of my choice and not purchasing items in stock. After several calls to the store I received only my couch after 12 weeks. Three weeks to late for a large family reunion at my home. No chair, no idea of arrival time. After several calls to the store to inquire about my chair I called the Best furniture factory. I was told there was no shortage of my fabric and that as soon as an order is placed the chair goes into the factory. Usually a piece could be finished in 2 to 4 days and then to the shipper. Shipping could take another 1 to 2 weeks. They were unable to confirm if or when my order was placed as they can only give information to the retail store. After 14 weeks I again called the store to see if I could then cancel my chair order due to the missed arrival date. Mr McBride called me the next day to explain that I needed to be just a little patient and that I did not understand how these things work. He was very abrupt and spoke in a very loud voice. I asked when my chair was ordered and his response was that he did not have my paperwork in front of him to answer that question. Once again I should be patient. I asked if I could have my money returned and he stated no he wouldn't have been able to stay in business all these years if he had to return money when customers were dissatisfied. He then said that orders could be held up due to shortage of fabric or something at the factory. I explained this was not the case as I had spoke to customer service at the factory myself. I told him I was going to report him to the Better Business Bureau. He told me to go ahead and then hung up on me. I have never been treated with such poor customer service. Never been spoken in such a condescending manner by the owner himself. A store where I spent over two-thousand dollars and planned to spend more as renovations were completed. I have since learned that orders may be held by the store until they have several items that can ship at the same time, cutting the cost of shipping. I have no idea at this point why it took 16 weeks to finally get my chair. Why they would not return my money. Why they gave me a time frame of 6 to 9 weeks and it took 12 weeks for the couch and 16 weeks for the chair. What a nightmare.....
